Ingredients
  • 1/3cup plain rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut
  • 1cup berries(frozen)
  • 2tbsp plain greek yogurt or alternative
  • 3-4tbsp skim, soy, coconut, or cashew milk
  • 2-3tbsp natural almond or peanut butter
  • 1tbsp almonds(chopped or slivered)
  • 1tbsp hemp, chia, or Qi’a mix seeds
  • 1/2 banana(small)
  • few fresh berries(optional)
Instructions
  1. Toast oats and coconut on pan in oven at 380 degrees F until coconut is golden brown (approximately 5 minutes)
  2. Place berries, yogurt, milk, and almond butter in blender and blend until smooth
  3. Place berry puree into a bowl, add toasted oats and coconut, top with chopped almonds, seeds, sliced banana and a few fresh berries if desired
  4. Dig IN!
