Ingredients
  • 1/2cup spinach
  • 1/4cup cilantro
  • 1/4cup apple juice
  • 2tbsp water
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/5 avocado
  • 1/2 banana(small)
  • 1tsp hemp, chia, or flax seeds
  • 4leaves fresh mint(can be stored in freezer)
  • 1/2tsp fresh ginger(can be stored in freezer)
  • 1/4tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Place spinach, cilantro, apple juice and water in blender. Blend until greens are completely broken down
  2. Add kiwi, avocado, banana, seeds, mint, ginger and vanilla to blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy as part of your breakfast
Recipe Notes

We recommend having this smoothie with protein containing food such as 1-2 scrambled eggs to keep blood sugar stable, especially for people with diabetes.
