Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/5 avocado
  • 1/2 banana (small)
  • 1 tsp hemp, chia, or flax seeds
  • 4 leaves fresh mint (can be stored in freezer)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger (can be stored in freezer)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
  1. Place spinach, cilantro, apple juice and water in blender. Blend until greens are completely broken down
  2. Add kiwi, avocado, banana, seeds, mint, ginger and vanilla to blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy as part of your breakfast
