You will never need to buy a frozen burger again. The inspiration for this recipe comes from our good friend Nidhi. We recall her mother making home-made burgers at a barbeque about 8 years ago. After our first bite we wondered why we had never attempted to make these. We’re sure you’ll wonder the same.
